Why subfloor airflow matters
Persistent moisture beneath a home can affect timbers, masonry and indoor conditions. Natural ventilation is not always adequate where vents are blocked, ground levels are high or the subfloor layout restricts crossflow.
A system suited to the property
We assess the subfloor before recommending equipment. Specially designed fans can then be positioned to extract damp air and encourage controlled replacement airflow.
- Subfloor moisture assessment
- Fan and duct positioning
- Extraction of stale, damp air
- Integration with broader damp treatment
Part of a complete damp solution
Ventilation may be one part of the answer rather than the only treatment. Where moisture is entering through masonry, drainage faults or another source, those causes also need to be addressed.
